A house built to bring people together
We built Bellagio around a single idea — that the best moments happen when everyone you love is under one roof, with nothing to organise and nowhere else to be. So we made a house generous enough for twenty, and considered enough that it never feels like a crowd.
Light-filled and architectural, it runs from a marble lobby and sweeping staircase down to entertaining lawns and two hundred metres of private river frontage. A dream of luxury, indulgence and comfort — that is the standard we hold every stay to.
No. 01The residence
Architectural, and made for the water
Bellagio is a single, statement residence rather than a collection of rooms — grand living spaces, a chef-ready kitchen, a nine-seat cinema and a mancave, all opening to the pool, the gardens and the river beyond.
The water is the heart of it. A private pontoon and kayaks sit on the frontage, and the lawns run straight down to the Broadwater's quiet waterways.

Behind the gates of Hope Island
The estate sits within Hope Island Resort — a secure, gated, master-planned community on the northern Gold Coast, wrapped in marinas, golf and waterfront calm, roughly midway between Brisbane and Surfers Paradise.
It means privacy without isolation: the peace of a gated address, moments from the water, the greens and the coast.

We host Bellagio ourselves, and we like it that way. Booking direct with the owners secures the best available rate — and puts you in touch with the people who actually know the house, from first enquiry to the moment you arrive.
